JASON LIEBMAN
Solo Artist
-----------------------------------------------

For those of you who have been following Jason’s career since the release of his first full-length solo album, the critically acclaimed The Driest Of All Seasons, you have been treated to an impressive range of song stylings and musical landscapes that have evolved from the ethereal slide-guitar and orchestral samples of “Come Angel, Come” (2002’s Driest), to the straight-ahead rock and soaring tenor vocals of “Wasted,” a hit in the making set to be included as part Jason’s upcoming, as-yet-untitled new album. The song is already generating a pre-release buzz having been licensed by Nickelodeon for their hit show “iCarly” and MTV for their ratings giant, “NEXT.”

Jason has never been one to rest on his laurels too long and that will be quite evident from the music set to be featured on his new full-length album, currently planned for spring/summer 2008 release. The album will feature an all-new band of young lions; some of New York’s finest young songwriters and instrumentalists who are excited to be working on Jason’s new project. Matt Kanelos (piano, vocals), Dan Carlisle (bass, vocals), Jon Irabagon (sax), Andrew Bain (drums, vocals) and Brady J Miller (drums, percussion) represent some of the most gifted young musical talent New York City has to offer and everyone anticipates a broad and dynamic group of songs, sounds and textures.

Keep your ears to the pavement and your eyes to the marquee. There’s new music around the corner with touring on the way and there’s a lot to be excited about!
